GRECAH TERMS OF SERVICE

The terms of service are meant to guide our esteemed donors and well wishers during their donation process. Any changes before effect will be first communicated to all our donors in due time via email before being hoisted on our website with immediate effect.

1. The donors are required to read carefully and understand all sections on the donation page on our website before finally selecting the donation/gift amount, filling in the billing information, honor information and payment information. After the above a Cancel button will also be available such that in case a donor wishes to revoke the process will be able to do so before a final submission for the donation is made.
2. Green Care Habitat-GRECAH will accept donations as low as $5 whereas also accepting any other amounts depending on the donors capability through the provided online service.
3. The prospective donor information will only be strictly used for the purposes for which it’s given.
4. The GRECAH project department will always inform our volunteer donors on how the way the organization intends to use donated resources.

Should the donor give specific instructions on how the donation should be used then GRECAH will have no otherwise than follow the instruction given by the donor.

1. GRECAH will on quarterly basis send a financial statement to all donors who will have requested for the same from the Organization
2. Green Care Habitat (GRECAH) will only accept the donation that are voluntarily donated by the well wishers and acceptable in a proper wishes to collect
3. Green Care Habitat (GRECAH) will secure payment service for all online donations; software may be utilized to record the internet protocol (IP) address of the computer that has contacted our website
for the purpose of gathering website usage statistics.
4. The organization project department will always contact our donor about the on going activities of the organization.
5. Donations will only be accepted if directed to address any of our three main objectives namely; Environmental Conservation and Management, Poverty alleviation, awareness on HIV/AIDS and other Social Health vices.
6. Apart from the online donations made through the provided online service, our donors will also have an option of sending Cheque or do Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) through our official contacts as is provided on our website.
7. Material donations are also welcome if the donor is willing to cover the freight charges
